About Behavioral Health and Hypnosis

Daisies and other small flowers growing between the crevices of a stone wall.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing begins in a space where you feel truly safe, seen, and supported. Whether you're an individual navigating personal challenges or a couple looking to strengthen your connection, I’m here to create that confidential space where growth can happen.

I work with my clients not just to heal, but to thrive and grow, building a life that feels aligned with who they authentically are. The connection we build is genuine and meaningful because I believe that trust and understanding are the foundation of transformative change.

I offer a range of thoughtfully designed courses aimed at helping individuals and couples improve their lives. Each course is carefully crafted to be of the highest quality, ensuring it's both practical and valuable to you as you work toward a more fulfilling life.

For members, I also post frequent blogs that add another layer of connection. Sometimes the posts are more personal, offering insights from my own experiences or reflections, while other times they’re focused on tips, tools, and inspiration for navigating life’s challenges. These blog posts are designed to uplift and inspire, offering you a sense of community and encouragement as you move through your journey.

It’s my priority that you feel both heard and empowered here. This is a place for you to reconnect with yourself and your relationships, all while being guided by someone who is fully invested in your journey.

Welcome to Behavioral Therapy and Hypnosis

Outside of my practice, I enjoy exploring the outdoors through metal detecting, experimenting with pickling in my kitchen, and getting lost in a good historical fiction novel. These interests keep me grounded and remind me of the joy in discovery, creativity, and learning—values I also bring into my work with clients.
